Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Baern was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many drow want him driven away

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
