She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nikki grew up listening to her father's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
