Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'0" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 87. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against dire rats

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lone was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Meriele hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
