Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heward will drive conversation. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her golden hair is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born in a small desert village. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Trym does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This malnourished man wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gold eyes and a green hat with a blue feather.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cressel embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cressel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Koeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a pastel wide-brimmed hat and pastel clothes. Her orange fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 40. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
