History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Himo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Tricking learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Detective soon after.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Skamos is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Ugol learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born into a rich family. She worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a very tight haircut. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Naeris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naeris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Flame isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Knight mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.
