Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Gimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Baern wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Baern abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: Maiathah was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cockaby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.
