History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Shamil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He became a Bricklayer soon after.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her shortspear with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She has dyed her greying orange fur a little too much giving a sharp orange color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emerald does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emerald. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fenriz does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Fenriz was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Nala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
