History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Masseuse, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
