Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When Dariff reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He wears a fancy brown suit. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Eberk enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Zepar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

Description: A 3'9" eastern woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on her belt. Her golden hair is well kept. She has blue eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.
History: Audhild was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Audhild fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Rendar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rendar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Armorer, but she got bored and became a Dyer. History: He comes from a rich southern family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
