Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Faran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Morthos was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
