Personality: She is fixated on the number 8. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Pennie reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Carlin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carlin. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside.
