Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Art was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second son.
