Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and she perpetually has her falchion ready. Her blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Donella's homeland. Donella decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He wears a green collared shirt and red pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His black crest is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is a husky man, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his white fur in a pixie cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a large violet jacket. His hair is brown and very short. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat, marred by chocolates. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Namfoodle hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away
