After coming to the age of reason, Makaria took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a Stableman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Myria was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
