Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kipper embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
