Description: He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a red scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is dressed in a clean yellow cloak covering his clean studded leather. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is obsessed with her god.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is fixated on the number 69. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 5'7". She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, and her gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. She wears her auburn hair up. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She got into the Scribe business at a young age. Birel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Birel decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now owns her own business.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Roge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.
