History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Agnes was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is greedy

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born in the west. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with her brother.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. Her head has been shaved. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption
