Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Stacee will drive conversation. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Stacee was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was a Carter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered.
