Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ploughman. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants revenge against brigands

History: He was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler mother left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and an old rival family wants him found

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Fibblestib is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
