Through the years after Tûhorn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ilanis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Robert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Robert. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Interpreter.
