History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ida alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Interpreter, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cook and was forced into it by his family; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She comes from a rich southern family. In her youth she was a Sage, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
