Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired her part-time. A true patriot, Gurdis would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a shortbow on his belt. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Priest for the past few years.
