His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His black eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Melissa was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
