History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
