Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Beast enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beast grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Iados was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stableman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Bertram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
