History: Bûth hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. Personality: Hunter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Xanaphia was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
