Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Barbena never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
