History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ahrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Decarabia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Decarabia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and doesn't want to be a bounty hunter and was forced into it by her family

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
