Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tomi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Crampernap was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. Recently the stress of being a Sellsword has made it difficult for him to sleep.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Zanna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor. She carries with her a set of shields on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Millicent was born with her father's beautiful face. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: This woman wears a green coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon her head, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She wears her red hair up. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a armorer and was forced into it by his family
