Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Mindartis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has worked as a Weaver like his father before him.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Korinn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Korinn began to lead the lost caravan. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Guard, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: Theodoric is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Theodoric hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Gifted from a young age, Reddlepop studied abroad. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reddlepop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears dull yellow sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shield, just in case. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Gifted from a young age, Naivara studied abroad. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Naivara took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
