History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: Serpent was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Mreksh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Damien was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Damien abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
