Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Thea took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He has violet eyes.
Personality: Gilthur is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Gilthur is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Gilthur lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gilthur never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and expand his business
