Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He is dressed in earthy colors with a red and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Thorpe isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Thorpe was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thorpe's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Thorpe never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She has styled her red crest well, parting it to the right. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Olgoth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ethereal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ethereal abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Raer and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Seddit will drive conversation. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the right. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
