History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Calcitro was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Calcitro's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: He was born in the east. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Purah was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Agnes enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Agnes grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Agnes. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
