Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Pikar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
