History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He keeps his yellow fur in a pixie cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Leaf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Leaf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She wears a grey coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Agatha was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Painter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born in the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.
