Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She tends to her Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Ozyman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: Dagger was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
