Through the years after Galinndan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Galinndan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Valorean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them.
