Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'9". He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Erevan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She tends to her Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: This man wears a black coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has auburn hair. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ar-Pratu studied abroad. Ar-Pratu was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ar-Pratu decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Volen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a trident on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tod grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Marastyr was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
