History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aerdeth's homeland. Aerdeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Vaina speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Isabella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Isabella. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Egelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Assassin kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Burto grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Description: This tall, slender man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mûzglob does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mûzglob was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Mûzglob reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
