Description: She is lean but muscular and wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. With bright white hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Weaver and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Audhild hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Audhild never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He has a missing left arm. He is dressed in an above average manner. His gray fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Moon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: An older woman who wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Pearl enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Pearl took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Expand her business; and she's attracted to the pc

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Dilettante, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by her family
