Description: She prefers to wear flannel, and carries nunchakus. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Keyleth took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: He wears dull white sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shields and bows. He wears his red hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gormogord isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Gormogord was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and yellow handkerchief worn on his right side. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His red fur has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: Art wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This woman wears a green costume with the symbols of her god on her torso, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She wears her blue hair down. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Damaia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. During her travels, Damaia and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Damaia discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Damaia fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. Her chestnut hair is thinning but still full. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Falkrunn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Merchant, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and regain custody of her son

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
