Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His cinnamon fur is braided into rings. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Jade was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jade's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Animal Trainer responsibilities is difficult; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tyna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and to end his boredom

Personality: Ilanis is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
