His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nala took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
