History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Finellen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south to a Soapmaker, Finellen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
