History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
