Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Foxilon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
