History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Tod liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rimple grew up listening to his father's many stories. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering her clean studded leather. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hatae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hatae. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears just a black suit. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Huru was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Chaedi reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has money and likes to spend it
