Personality: Perra is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Perra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.
