History: Thorpe lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Thorpe took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. She's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to end her boredom

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Elegant grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Weaver and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Robert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many drow want him driven away

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is greedy; and money/treasure

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Qemuel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Qemuel. After a long history of fighting, Qemuel and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Gale is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she feels kind of lost in life
